Overview:
Denver Periodontal, Implant, & Oral Wellness wanted to increase its social media reach and interactions to position itself as the go-to periodontist and implant specialist in the Denver area and a trusted source of industry-related information as part of a re-launched of its Metro Denver Dental Hygiene Study Club – an initiative postponed by the COVID-19 pandemic. Our key objective was to create a more cohesive and consistent social media presence for the practice by developing a social media schedule centered around topical content that could be repurposed and re-shared, making maintaining a digital presence easier for a small practice The
Deliverables:
This was achieved by developing a social media schedule consisting of relative observances, original graphics, canned captions, hashtags, and optimal times to share posts. The goal was to post at least 4-5 times/week, and we utilized Instagram and Facebook optimization tools to schedule content directly in the platform for easy review and oversight for client and created automated responses to direct messages and comments to ensure not to miss potential leads and maintain engagement with their community. The content incorporated patient results, tips for other periodontal professionals or students, and news on trending industry topics. The Results:
My work with Denver Periodontal, Implant, & Oral Wellness is ongoing but experienced exceptional growth during the first few weeks of execution. Within one month, @denverperioimplant experienced a nearly 40% increase in engagement on Instagram and gained nearly 70 followers on Instagram and Facebook combined.
