Project Overview
This project focused on designing and developing a centralized website for a small real estate operator to manage property listings, tenant inquiries, and ongoing communication in one streamlined system.
The goal was to replace fragmented tools and manual workflows with a single digital hub that supported both marketing and basic tenant managementโwhile remaining intuitive for non-technical users.

The Challenge
Many small landlords and independent property managers rely on disconnected tools: listing platforms, email inboxes, PDFs, and spreadsheets. This leads to missed inquiries, inconsistent communication, and inefficient tenant intake.
The challenge was to create a website that functioned as:
- A professional property listing platform
- A structured intake system for tenant inquiries
- A lightweight operational tool that reduced manual follow-up
